It's worth noting that when running the diagnostic on page 14 of the manual, the camera lever and shutter works all the time, just as expected - so the issue is only when film is in the camera.Дid you find a solution to this? I own 6 other film cameras including a Hasselblad and have never ever had an issue like this with any of them. It's in near pristine cosmetic condition and was described as being flawless. I've owned the camera for about 20 days now, bought from Ebay. Now some caveats, it does this regardless of the 80mm or 65mm lens being attached, the battery is fine but I've swapped it out for brand new ones I've been keeping in the fridge. I don't want to open the back just yet, and if I do, I'll do it on a change back/darkroom to save the roll. This time around I'm on frame 8, having shot it, and I can't wind on. Doing that reset everything and I could use it again, until the next time it seemingly 'jammed' as per my description and 'unjammed' it by using the methods above.Д®very time I've used my Mamiya 7ii, I encounter this problem and it's driving me nuts. But once in the past and just now while out shooting today, neither of these methods have worked, and the one time in the past, I had to just open the back and sacrifice the film. If either of these methods work, I can hear the 'click', then I know I can wind on and fire as usual. Other times, I've had to close the curtain, remove the lens, put it back on again, open the curtain and try again. Now to resolve this, I've usually turned it off and on again, if that fails, I close the curtain and open it again, or some combination of the two. The film advance lever won't budge - much like when you load film and wind it on to frame 1, trying to wind beyond that without firing the shutter is no possible, it's the same here. It doesn't matter what combination, the problem persists every time. Say I load a roll, shoot 3 of the 10 frames, turn it off, put it back in my bag, later that day take it out again, OR stop shooting for the day, put the camera back in my camera cupboard and return to it X number of days later, either way, I find once I turn the camera on, I can't shoot the frame, or wind on if I'd previously not wound on before turning it off. I've tried to Google this issue, but no results ever return anything related to what I'm experiencing with my Mamiya 7ii.ДЇilm loads fine, film winds on fine, shutter fires fine.
